Align Your A.I. was born out of a problem its founders faced. We all wanted to learn and adopt A.I. but had found the conversation was all about A.I. tools, ignoring that we all learned so differently
So we came up with a method to map how we could gain A.I. literacy skills in unique ways.

As a former Exercise Physiologist for 16 years I have been on the front lines of healthcare, working with people from all walks of life. When I pivoted to work in Hospital Electronic Medical Records I started working with really smart doctors and medical professionals who didn't understand why healthcare software worked the way it did. I live in between humans and tech.
So as an avid A.I. enthusiast I am experimenting all the time with Artificial Intelligent tools, but when I come to work it's like I am someone else. We have necessary different rules and regulations but I was very misaligned when I took our assessment and that makes me wonder what I am missing.

“Nearly 25 years ago I flunked out of business school and switched to Anthropology. So technically I have been “useless” long before our current concerns of A.I. replacing people emerged. But I have worked in Art, Academics, Ed Tech, IT, Equity, E-learning, and I feel I was practicing for this moment, when A.I. is asking us existential questions about what’s next.
I have always been misaligned between home and work in every job I have ever had due to my creative sides trying to work in workplace structures. A.I. is forcing me and all of us to reconsider that we need a multi-sided approach to how it evolves.
